Policies
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Returns or exchanges of unopened or defective products are never an issue. Defective products are products that don’t work because the bottle is leaking, the sprayer won’t spray, etc. Basically you can’t use it as intended. We will be happy to swap it out. Returns of opened, unsaleable products you don’t like or would like to exchange for another product will be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation. In the event that 48 hour’s notice is not given, the guest’s reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service. No shows are included under this policy. ​Of course, we understand that there are true emergencies, and we would never want anyone coming into the salon sick. Our policies are in place to prevent repeated last minute cancellations and no-shows, to protect our stylists’ time and to ensure all of our guests are accommodated.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day. If you are scheduled for multiple services that day and your stylist is only able to complete 1 of these services you are scheduled for, you will still be responsible for paying a 50% fee of the service that was unable to be completed due to guest's lateness.
Guest Satisfaction
In the event you’re unhappy with your service, please contact the salon immediately so we may make appropriate adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Adjustments must be completed within two week of the original service by the original stylist. This policy will only be honored when additional cutting or chemical services have not been rendered between the original and redo services. The charge for the adjustment will be discussed and agreed upon before the service is provided. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.
Children
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are having a service performed, including infants in strollers or carriers. Don’t get the wrong idea – we love children, but the salon is not a good place for them. The last thing we want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of scissors, or a hot flat iron into your baby’s lap. Please plan accordingly when scheduling your reservation.
Furry Friends
We love our pets. But… as a consideration to ALL of our guests we ask that you please leave your pets at home. If you require a service animal, of course they are allowed. But only Registered Service Animals please.
Extension Maintenance
If you damage or discolor your extensions from sunscreen or spray tan/self tanners, Salon Drew is not held responsible and you may be required to purchase new extension hair. If you choose not to purchase new hair there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions.
