Starting November 3, our sister salon, Dean Anthony Salon + Academy, is temporarily at Salon Drew in the Long Beach Exchange.
Same team. Same people you love. Just a temporary change of scenery while Dean Anthony works on what comes next.
What Happened
After 20 wonderful years in Belmont Shore, Dean Anthony Salon + Academy has some important news to share. Their landlord has decided not to renew the lease at the 2nd Street location. Despite every effort and a deep wish to stay in the space that has meant so much to the team and their guests, this decision was outside of their control.
For 20 years, that salon has been more than a place to do hair. It has been a home, and we hope a little bit of yours too. Within those walls, guests have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, new beginnings and so many other milestones. Families have grown, lifelong friendships have been built, and generations of guests have been cared for.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this change may cause. We know where you receive your salon services matters, and we are grateful for your patience and understanding.
While Dean Anthony says goodbye to its Second Street location, it is not saying goodbye to you.

Starting November 3, Dean Anthony Salon + Academy guests are welcome here at Salon Drew, in the Long Beach Exchange. We are about 5 miles from the 2nd Street salon, with convenient parking and wonderful restaurants nearby.

The next Dean Anthony home is nearby. The team is working behind the scenes to prepare it and cannot wait to share the location with you. It gives them the chance to create a space that reflects where they are today while carrying forward everything you have loved about them for the past 20 years.
We hope you will stay with Dean Anthony through this transition, first at Salon Drew and then at their new home. Thank you for your understanding, your patience, your loyalty and your trust. The end of their time on Second Street is bittersweet, but we truly believe the best is yet to come.
