Our commission-based salon company provides a competitive pay structure with the ability to move up through our system at your chosen pace. You have the ability to raise your prices, commission and, at our higher levels, utilize an associate provided to you by the salon. Our education calendar is composed yearly and is developed based on the wants and needs of the team. Bringing in 5-7 national educators from across the country each year, we provide our team with the best of the best in education. In addition, our associate training program lead by our in-house artistic team, provides monthly education focusing on everything from balayage/foiliage to precision cutting. Over the 22 years, we have been able to establish a career path that allows for each member of our team to flourish.
